With each class different with the same volume of training you will not only see your body lose weight but also become toned at the same time! What does toning mean? To tone up means to reduce the appearance of body fat by tightening up the muscles and giving them shape. Full body exercises are ideal since they work several muscle groups at once. In each class we break it up; - Upper body - Back - Core - Lower body - Cardio Full body tone focuses on reducing your body fat as well as toning your body and keeping muscles strong. It's an all rounder win! Classes - 45 minutes - 3 sessions a week 12 session month
