During your booty building classes you will be taught all the tips and tricks that comes with having strongly built glutes. Key nutritional secrets revealed as those booty gains need to be fuelled and pumped just as much as any other muscles in your body. The success to having perfectly built glutes are training all 3 dimensions/angles of your glutes! The gluteal muscles are a group of three muscles which make the gluteus maximus, gluteus medias and gluteus minimus. In every glute building class we break it down and build it step by step! Not only your glutes but your legs, calves and all of your lower body will come in to play! No doubt you will see an effective amount of toning! It will be a win win! Glute Building Classes 45 minutes 3 times a week 12 months
